Day 1 : Arrival Tokyo (3 Nights)

Welcome to Japan– The Land of Rising Sun. Arrive at Tokyo and proceed to your hotel by your shared transfer. Check into your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Tokyo.

Day 2 : Tokyo City Tour

Today after breakfast, proceed to departure point on own for a Tokyo City Tour and visit Imperial Palace East Garden, Senso-ji Temple & Nakamise Shopping Street, also drive by National Diet Building and Ginza. Post lunch proceed for a Tokyo Bay Cruise, Odaiba Sea Side Park. The tour ends at Tokyo Station. Later make your own way to your hotel. Overnight at Tokyo.

Day 3 : Tokyo – Mt. Fuji- Lake Ashi

After breakfast, proceed to Hakone. Enjoy the busy Roads of Tokyo City to Lush Green surroundings of Country side. Upon arrival to Mt. Fuji (Subject to Weather Conditions) start with Fuji Visitor Center, Mt. Fuji 5th Station, and Lake Ashi Cruise. Enjoy Lunch – Japanese style (Veg/ Non-Veg). After lunch enjoy Mt. Komagatake Ropeway. Return to Hakone (Depart Hakone and proceed to Tokyo by road) and proceed to hotel on your own. Overnight at Tokyo.

Day 4 : Tokyo – Osaka (3 Nights)

Today after breakfast, proceed to Tokyo Train Station on your own. Board the bullet train to Osaka, upon reaching Osaka transfer to your hotel on your own. Overnight at Osaka.

Day 5 : Osaka - Kyoto & Nara Tour

Today after early morning breakfast, proceed to departure point on own for a Kyoto and Nara city tour visiting Nijo Castle, Kinkaku-ji Temple, Kyoto Imperial Palace (Mondays to Fridays), Todaiji Temple/Nara Park , Kasuga Taisha Shine and Nara Nagomika. Later in evening return to Osaka city and make your own way to hotel. Overnight at Osaka.

Day 6 : Osaka – Day at leisure

Today after breakfast, you have the day at leisure to explore the city on your own.

Note: Optional: On this day you can also opt for a tour of Hiroshima & Miyajima Island at an additional price.

Day 7 : Osaka – Hometown

Any extra expense such as Route change, Accommodation facilities etc. incurred due to any unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
Porterage (Coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, camera fees, mineral water (unless specified), items of personal nature and food and drink which is not part of set group menu
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
Anything specifically not mentioned in the tour price inclusions and any expenses of personal nature

Documents Required for Travel

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour Handwritten passport is not acceptable

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
