Day 1 : Rome (2 Nights)

Welcome to Italy. Arrive in Rome, the capital city of Italy and make your own way to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. You can opt for below mentioned optional tour at an additional price. Overnight in Rome.

Day 2 : Rome – Hop on Hop Off Tour

After breakfast, proceed on own to the departure point for Rome City tour. Discover the best of Rome with an 8-stop, hop-on hop-off bus tour that covers the highlights of the Eternal City. Throughout the tour you can hop on and hop off to explore Rome’s famous landmarks and attractions at your own pace. Overnight in Rome.

Day 3 : Rome – Florence (2 Nights) (Approx 1hr 30 mins direct train)

Today after breakfast make your own way to Rome Termini train station to board your train for Florence. Arrive at Florence station and make your own way to your hotel. Rest of the evening is at leisure. You can opt for below mentioned optional tour at an additional price. Overnight in Florence.

Day 4 : Florence – Half Day trip to Pisa

After breakfast, proceed to the departure point on own for half day trip to Pisa. Begin your exciting tour with a walk alongside Pisa's medieval walls. When you reach the old entrance gate, Porta Santa Maria, you will be captivated by the sheer magnificence of the Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles). With its neatly manicured green lawns and marble architecture, it's hard not to believe your eyes! Step inside the walls of the precious Cathedral, and admire the unchallenged masterpiece of Romanesque art. Next, behold the wonders of the largest in Baptistry in Italy as you appreciate the decorated facade and the monumental graveyard amongst others. Day 5 : Florence – Venice (2 Nights) (Approx 2 hrs direct train)

Today after breakfast proceed on your own to Florence station to board your train for Venice. Arrive at Venice St Lucia station and proceed on your own to your hotel. You have the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Venice.

Day 6 : Venice -Walking tour and gondola ride

After breakfast, proceed on own to the departure point to enjoy a walking tour of the city to discover its treasures nestled amid charming squares, bridges and narrow streets and then hop aboard a classic Venetian gondola boat. Overnight in Venice.

Day 7 : Venice – Milan (2 Nights) (Approx. 3 hrs by train)

After breakfast make your own way to the station to board your train for Milan. Arrive at Milan and proceed to your hotel on own. Overnight in Milan.

Day 8 : Milan – Day trip to Lake Como and Bellagio

After breakfast, proceed on own to the departure point for your day trip to Lake Como and Bellagio. Take in the stunning scenery of world-famous Lake Como on this day trip from Milan, just a quick 1-hour drive away. Explore the fashionable lakeside town of Como, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Overnight in Milan.

Day 9 : Milan – Hometown

We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.

Any type of mandatory fee like a resort fee / city tax etc. has to be paid at the hotel directly, the same is not a part of the package and cannot be pre-paid
Many cities in Europe have introduced a local "City Tax/Tourist tax".
This tax is collected by the hotels directly from guests and it is not included in the above price. The City tax/Tourist tax commonly varies between €5-15 per person per night depending on the hotel standard

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Remarks

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
