After breakfast at your hotel, depart for a city tour of the Moscow in your private vehicle. After breakfast, proceed on a full day tour to Moscow Kremlin and Cathedrals in your private vehicle.
The Kremlin is a historic fortified complex that used to be the residence of Tzar family located at the heart of Moscow, overlooking the Moskva River (to the south), Saint Basil's Cathe dral and Red Square (to the east) and the Alexander Garden (to the west). It is the best known of Kremlins (Russian citadels) and includes four palaces, four cathedrals, and the enclosing Kremlin Wall with Kremlin towers. The complex serves as the official residence of the President of Russia. Later proceed to Arbat street which is one of the most famous pedestrian streets in the historic center of Moscow. In the 17th century the area was popular with carpenters, silversmiths, bakers and skilled people of other trades. Nowadays the Arbat's side streets show evidence of their past with names that describe various trades or products. Later enjoy the famous Russian circus. Overnight in Moscow hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to train station by a private vehicle to take “Sapsan” train to St. Petersburg (2nd class) (duration 4hrs). Arrive in St. Petersburg, and transfer by a private vehicle to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore on your own. Overnight at St. Petersburg hotel.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Pushkin to visit Catherine’s Palace with the famous Amber Room. Catherine’s Palace was founded in 1718 as a summer residence of Russian empresses. It was reconstructed several times in the XVIII – XIX centuries and now we can see interiors in baroque, classical and rococo styles. During the World War II the palace was occupied and very badly damaged. Later return to St Petersburg. Overnight at St. Petersburg hotel.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for Panoramic City Tour. This is a 3-hour orientation tour that will take you around the city and to the famous stops and buildings of St. Petersburg. The city tour will cover the main monuments located in the heart of the city: Bronze Horseman, Peter and Paul’s fortress, Blood of the Savior Cathedral and the majestic Isaac Cathedral, Palace Bridge, Hermitage Museum, Kazan Cathedral etc. Later proceed to visit St. Isaac’s Cathedral. It’s one of the largest Orthodox church in St. Petersburg and one of the most impressive buildings in St. Petersburg. The dome is gilded with 100 kilograms of gold. And St. Isaac's is ranked as number one in the world for the richness of its interior decoration. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight at St. Petersburg hotel.
