/per person on twin sharingMumbai to Mumbai tour guests will report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Osaka – a large port city and commercial center on the Japanese island of Honshu, known for its modern architecture, nightlife and hearty street food.
Upon arrival, we head to Nara - the first capital of Japan. We visit Nara Deer Park – Home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. Nara's nearly 1200 deer have been designated as a natural treasure. Later we visit Todaiji Temple – A UNESCO World Heritage site and also one of Japan's most famous and historically significant temples and a landmark of Nara.
In the afternoon, we visit Kaiyukan Aquarium consists of over 15 large tanks, each recreating a specific region of the Pacific Rim, taking visitors on a virtual tour of the Pacific Ocean.
Later, we have free time for shopping at Namba/Dotonbori District
Today we enjoy a walk through Arashiyama Bamboo Groove and Togetsukyo Bridge – Arashiyama Bridge.
We then visit the spectacular Golden Pavilion followed by a stroll around Gion with its traditional village setup. Later we to proceed to Fushimi Inari Shrine which is famous for its thousands of Vermilion Torii Gates.
On our return journey to Osaka, we pass by Gate Tower Building – a 16-storey office building famous for the highway that passes through three floors of the building and Osaka Castle.
Today we proceed to Tottori – Situated on the Sea of Japan coast, it’s a delightfully unspoiled prefecture where traditional crafts and customs continue to be practiced in their original form. Upon arrival, we visit most famous and the largest sand dunes in Japan sprawling over 30 square kilometers of coast to the north of Tottori city center. Here we will enjoy Sand Sledging, enjoy as much as you want while watching the spectacular view of the Sea of Japan spreading in front of you. Later we visit The Sand Museum – exhibiting sand sculpture made up of using and from the dunes and the theme and exhibition is changed every year based on exhibit concept, "Travel around the World in Sand.
Today we proceed to Hiroshima – a modern city on Japan’s Honshu Island which was the first military target of a nuclear weapon in human history. En route we visit Himeji Castle – also known as White Heron Castle due to its elegant, white appearance, is widely considered Japan's most spectacular castle for its imposing size and beauty and its well preserved, complex castle grounds. The castle is both a national treasure and a world heritage site.
Today we visit the world famous landmark of Japan – Miyajima Shrine and its Floating Torii Gate. Later we visit Hiroshima Peace Park and History museum, followed by a visit to Bomb Dome, Sadako Monument and the Memorial Cenotaph.
It’s time for an exciting travel by Bullet train to Osaka.
Today we travel to Sapporo by flight. Sapporo is a capital of Hokkaido Island known for its beer, skiing and annual Sapporo Snow Festival featuring enormous ice sculptures. In the evening, we have free time to explore surroundings. You can spend your time wandering through bustling food streets of Sapporo and get a unique taste of fish delicacies on your own.
Today we proceed to Furano and Biei towns in the center of Hokkaido, known for their pleasant and picturesque rural landscapes. We enjoy a scenic drive from Sapporo to Furano. The countryside scenery is idyllic to a post card everywhere you look around. Upon arrival, we visit Furano Ice cream. Then we proceed to the nearby town of Biei, starting with a stop at the Blue Pond. Natural deposits of aluminum hydroxide have changed the color of this pond to an especially striking shade of blue, and Shirogane Waterfall – also known as White Beard Waterfall," this cascading water turns cobalt blue in the basin.In the evening, we drive back to Sapporo.
Today morning, we visit Historical Village of Hokkaido – an open air museum which exhibits about 60 typical buildings from all over Hokkaido, dating from 1868 to 1926.
Then we proceed to Otaru – a port city in Hokkaido situated on coast of Ishikari Bay known for sake distilleries, music boxes and glassworks. En route we see Odori Park and Sapporo TV Tower. Upon arrival at Otaru, we visit Tanaka Sake Brewery – founded in 1899, this brewery has the technology to brew sake all year round. Here you will get a chance to taste Otaru’s rich sake.
Later we enjoy 40 minutes long Canal Cruise through beautiful old town of Otaru.
In the evening, we drive back to Sapporo.
Today in the morning we visit, Makomanai Takino Cemetry (Stonehenge) and The Hill of Buddha – designed by Japanese modernist architect Tadao Ando. The shrine features a 13.5 m tall statue of the Buddha encircled by an artificial hill rotunda planted with 150,000 lavender plants.
Then fly to Tokyo – Japan’s busy capital city which has mix landscapes of the ultramodern neon-lit skyscrapers to historic temples.
It’s time to discover the incredible Team Lab Planets – an art facility that utilizes digital technology to create illusions. Here you walk through water, and a garden where you become one with the flowers. It comprises 4 large-scale artwork spaces and 2 gardens.
Later we pass by Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge and take a photo stop at Odaiba Statue of Liberty. We then visit Shibuya Sky – a 360° open-air observation deck located at bustling Shibuya crossing to get an amazing view of Tokyo city.
Today we visit Asakusa Temple Complex along with Nakamise Shopping area. We then take a photo stop at Tokyo Skytree. Later we explore Shinjuku Garden which is famous for its traditional Japanese landscapes. Later we take a photo stop at Hachiko – The statue of Japanese Dog Akita, remembered for his remarkable loyalty to his owner for whom he continued to wait for over nine years following his death and Imperial Palace – main residence of the Emperor of Japan. It is a large park-like area located in the Chiyoda district.
Today we visit Yamanashi Maglev Exhibition Center which offers informational exhibits on the future world’s fastest bullet train.
Later we proceed to Hakone - is a mountainous town known for its hot springs resorts (onsen) and views of the iconic volcano Mount Fuji. Upon arrival, we visit Japan's first Open Air Museum – an outdoor sculpture gallery that plays with nature. Situated in the mountains of Hakone , it spreads across 70,000 square meters and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
In the evening, we relax at Hakone Kowakien Yunessun – which offers traditional Japanese hot spring baths with gorgeous views of the Hakone mountains.
Today we visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station (subject to weather condition) and enjoy spectacular views of the Mt. Fuji. Later we drive to Tokyo. Upon arrival, we have free time for shopping at Ginza District.

Meals: On tour, we provide all meals, from day one to the last day, as mentioned in the itinerary. Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian OR Indian along with a local dish OR local cuisine, OR at times fast food meals from Subway, McDonald’s, etc., depending on the convenience and ease of execution of the itinerary or the availability of food at the respective destination.
