Cancellations
v Cancellation or change of dates confirmed/blocked would constitute a retention charge, as mentioned below: 1. Token advance is non refundable irrespective of cancellation policy. 2. 100% of the total package if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. 3. 50% of the total package if cancelled between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival. 4. 25% of the total package if cancelled between 45 to 59 days prior to arrival. 5. No retention if cancelled 60 days before arrival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: v The offer is valid for the Client’s name, dates and for the room requirement mentioned above. The offer may be revised in case of any change in the client’s name and requirement of rooms & dates. v Since we have made multiple offers on the same dates, rooms and banquet spaces above will be on first come first serve basis. v This communication is an offer and does not constitute confirmation of the requirement. Rooms / Meeting & function space would only be confirmed, subject to availability, upon your acceptance of this offer and the fulfillment of all the terms and conditions.” v The proposal for the conference/event/delegation/wedding is based on the combined usage of guest rooms and banquets. Any change in the room requirement will reflect in banquet rates and availability v The above rates are valid for next 10 days only, after which fresh availability and rates will be given subject to availability. v 50% of the estimated total package amount, to be paid along with the confirmation letter. Balance amount is payable 21 days before check in. As per the directive given by the Government of Goa, Department of Tourism ,all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identifications documents like : Passport ,Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Pan Card Copy. All the documents should include a photograph.
