Government Approvals In case of a Fashion Show/Exhibition/Live performance / Celebrity performance in any event, the following approvals are required at the hotel 72 hours prior to the function NOC [No objection certificate] from the nearest police station (High Grounds Police Station) Responsibility for Any Damage Caused to the Property We restrict any nailing, scotch taping on our walls, doors, glass panels, furniture & fixtures. We encourage the usage of free standing banners, banner poles within the allocated venue for the event. The event company or decorator appointed must cover the carpet before laying out their tools, the stage and the props. If it is found that damages or breakage has been caused to the property during set-up, during the event or during dismantling of props it becomes an immediate liability for which the hotel will provide an estimation of charges that will be added to the total expenses for the event. Cancellations
Retention Fee / Cancellation Policy If the Radisson Blu Atria Bengaluru is communicated by the client in writing clearly expressing their intention/desire to cancel the event partially or entirely, the following cancellation fee will be applicable. This fee will be a percentage of the total estimated food and beverage expenses and will be on a sliding scale as follows: Notification of Cancellation Period Prior to Date of Event Cancellation Fee Between Confirmation & 30 days from arrival date 75% Between 30 days or less prior to arrival date 100%
Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions: • A guaranteed attendance for all functions would be as detailed above. Charges for the event will apply to the guaranteed or actual number of people attending, whichever is higher. The hotel does not guarantee service of food exceeding 10% above accepted minimum guarantee. The final calculation of billing will be done on the basis of the number of plates used in the function which will be tallied by the control sheet provided by the Banquet Operations. • Additional charge for attendance exceeding 10% above minimum guarantee. • The liquor service, loud music and any entertainment activity will close at 00.00hrs as per Bengaluru Excise Regulations. • All non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages need to be purchase from the hotel. We would be happy to offer you Special liquor packages and liquor bottle rates. All beverages will be charged as per actual consumption if not included in the package. • All audiovisual equipment can be arranged at an additional charge. Once the exact requirement has been advised to the hotel we will be pleased to make the necessary arrangements and revert on the applicable charges. Please Note: No outside vendor is allowed in the hotel. • In accordance to the Excise Policy In case of any function that has entertainment planned, clearance certificate is necessary from Phonographic Performer’s Limited, Indian Performing Rights Society Limited and Bengaluru Police is required at least 72 hrs. prior to the event. • For Exhibitions or big set-ups/ Dimensional drawing / floor plans showing the layout of booths or stage / ramp, console etc. must be submitted to the Hotel for approval before any work can be carried out. • Hotel allows only scheduled exhibition & interview in the banquet premises. • Hotel background music during Dinner will be available throughout your event at no additional charge. Should you have special requests; the same can be sourced by hotel from external agencies subject to availability at an additional charge. • The bills will be settled directly at the end of the function via demand draft/credit card/cash. All payments more than Rs 50000, whether in cash or cheque will be received with a copy of PAN NUMBER of the company or individual.
