Hotel shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for any failure of performance hereunder, for any reasons beyond their reasonable control. Such causes shall be deemed to include without limitation war, warlike operations, armed aggression, insurrection, embargo, riots, fires, flood, earthquakes, explosions, accidents, failure to obtain any Government approval, Governmental acts or omissions, regulations or orders, acts of God, acts of the public enemy, terrorist attacks, outbreak of pandemic/epidemics, quarantine restrictions, lockdown or curfews, labor troubles etc. Neither party shall be held responsible for failure of this agreement in case of force majeure.
Cancellations
• 100% refund for cancellation/amendment received 21 days or more in advance. • 50% refund for cancellation/Amendment received 15 days in advance or more. • No refund for cancellation/Amendment received less than 15 days in advance. • No refund for No-show, cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather and sea conditions. KINDLY NOTE • No refund for unused nights or early checkout due to change in schedule of flight/ferry due to technical/weather and sea conditions. • Since flight/ferry schedules are subject to weather and sea conditions, guests who are travelling to Andamans are advised to take travel insurance.
Terms and Conditions
General Terms & Conditions: -  The special rates are non- commissionable.  Rooms are subject to availability at the time of receiving your advance deposit details.  The rates offered are same for single/double occupancy on per night basis inclusive of currently applicable taxes. Any increase in tax shall be levied as per actual.  The above-mentioned special rates are applicable only for FIT bookings.  These rates shall not be posted, published or in any way accessible on the internet, in any promotional material or brochures unless they are packaged with other travel elements like transport, air travel, sightseeing etc. This applies to websites owned or managed by the operators as well as their business associates or partners.  All extras and miscellaneous charges are to be settled directly by the guests or tour leader at the time of checkout.  We reserve the right to modify or change the special rates offered based on exceptional circumstances and business exigencies.  These rates are not transferable to third parties in any manner. In such cases the special rates offered will stand withdrawn.  The hotel(s) reserves the right to carry out any renovation(s) and up-gradation(s) as it may deem necessary. The hotel at its absolute discretion shall make the decision.  All information contained within this agreement is private and confidential and should not be disclosed to a third party for any reason or purpose. Should the agreed rates contained within this agreement be sold directly to the public or commercial companies and not through the packaged programs of authorized travel companies, this agreement will be considered null and void.  All disputes will be settled subject to the jurisdiction of Port Blair as per the Laws prevalent in India at the time of signing the contract.  Hotel shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for any failure of performance hereunder, for any reasons beyond their reasonable control. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified, Cut-off date, which will be auto released up on failure of payment. • Bookings shall be confirmed only after 100% payment in advance. • Rates may subject to change without prior intimation. • Any hikes in Govt. taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates/ meals. • Payment facility through card (Visa/Master), cash and bank transfers are available. Cheques shall not be accepted.
