The performance of this agreement is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party such as strikes, civil disorder, natural calamities, war (whether declared or not), armed conflicts or the serious threat of the same( Including but not limited hostile attach, blockade, military embargo), hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemy, extensive military mobilization, riots, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power, insurrection, mob violence, act of terrorism, sabotage or piracy, plaque, epidemic, pandemic, outbreaks of infection disease or any other public health crisis, including quarantine or other employee restrictions, curfew restrictions, expropriation, compulsory acquisition, seizure of works, prolonged breakdown of transport, telecommunication or electric current, general labor disturbance, government regulations (Except those involving the employees or agents of the parties seeking protection of this clause) – to the extent that such circumstance make it legal or impossible to provide or use the hotel facilities. The ability to terminate this agreement without liability pursuant to this paragraph is conditional upon delivery of practical but no event later than 10 days after learning of such basis. The client agrees that if the event is cancelled due to force majeure they will rebook in future (within 3 months) as per availability on the hotel and no refund will be claimed. The rates applicable for the booking option will be as per the hotel strategy for that period. In case hotel has incurred expenses on Setup of the function and Expenses on Food & Beverages preparation near the function day and hotel could not perform due to above force majeure, hotel will charge to as per functions agreed price between guest/party and hotel.
Cancellations
The charges are applicable for cancellations, postponement or other changes in dates after confirmation of the rooms/event. All changes will be accepted in writing. Should the function space be released after confirmation
Terms and Conditions
The Hotel reserves the right to re-allocate function space if deemed necessary i.e. if the attendance reduces or increases. Every effort will be made to inform the organizer in advance.  Please note that venue/rooms are not held at the time of writing. Should you wish to confirm this event, please sign and return this document together with an initial deposit as per mentioned in the deposit/billing schedule scheme.  As per the hotel rules & regulations we provide 5KV electricity, over & above outside DG (Diesel Generator) is permitted.  The client or client representative/agent agrees to begin the event/s at the scheduled time/s and agrees to have its guests, invitees and other persons vacate the designated function area/s at the agreed completion time/s. Labor/Electricity/Room Hire charges may apply if your event continues after the agreed completion time. Meeting rooms are not allocated on a 24-hour basis unless negotiated prior to the event.  Should you be engaging third party vendor (if applicable), appreciate the vendor to contact the hotel for the do’s and don’ts within the hotel premises. No Event personnel will be allowed to work without the supervision of Security, all event vendors to contact duty security officers. Any night time work if it is planned by Event Management company this should be intimated to the Hotel ( Night time work :- 7 PM onwards)  Phonographic performance Ltd (PPL) & IPRS License requires to be obtained by the event organizer & copy of the same to be submitted to the hotel 48 hours prior to the function date.  Due to security reasons, the hotel doesn’t permit to obstruct / cover or lock the fire exits doors / entrance doors, fire alarms, car parking area, storage areas and elevators.  Usage of flammable, volatile, explosive or dangerous materials/ substances & Crackers for visual display is not allowed.  Confetti and Sky Lanterns would not be permitted in the hotel premises.
Payment Terms
All bookings are tentative until a deposit or letter of undertaking is received. Deposit paid is non-refundable / nontransferable in the event of cancellation / postponement. Confirmation of bookings must be made in writing, and accompany the requested deposit within the designated period (see ‘Deposit Schedule’) If this is not the case, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space to another client. Once the signed contract and deposit(s) are received, the booking is deemed confirmed. Until such time, the booking remains “tentative”. If the deposit amounts have been paid and the signed contract not returned, it is assumed that the company accepts the terms and conditions outlined herein. Hotel accepts payment by company credit card including all major credit cards, company cheese/s, cash or direct debits & Fund Transfers.
